La sua situazione è calma e unica 5 min. a piedi ci sono più ristoranti, terrazze, supermercati, puerto deportivo en un lago interior con salida al mar y múltiples servicios.
A breve distanza in barca si trovano le calette più belle dell'isola, alcuni difficilmente raggiungibili in macchina oa piedi.
Dall'appartamento si può vedere l'isola di Maiorca, molto vicino a Ibiza.
